In April 2014, I joined Altel Communication (new telco) as Head of Credit Management and Collection to draw up the policies and processes within the unit as well as cross functionally. I am also responsible to set up the department to be ready for the postpaid services operations. That’s includes the system requirements, telephony systems, headcount planning and operational processes. As a new Mobile Network Operator (MNO), all relevant business and system requirements are captured and tested before the services are launched commercially. In April 2016, I was assigned to be the Acting Head for Revenue Management taking 3 additional areas of responsibilities besides Credit & Collections, i.e Payment Channels Services, Revenue Assurance & Fraud and Interconnect Revenue Settlement. I was promoted to Senior Manager, Head of Revenue Management effective October 2016 overseeing 4 areas, i.e Credit & Collections, Payment Channel Services, Revenue Assurance & Fraud and Interconnect Revenue Settlement teams. Internal Audit function was added in 2017 to ensure the compliance of the company's policies and processes across all departments.
