In April 2016, I was assigned to be the Acting Head for Revenue Management taking 3 additional areas of responsibilities besides Credit & Collections, i.e Payment Channels Services, Revenue Assurance & Fraud and Interconnect Revenue Settlement. I was promoted to Senior Manager, Head of Revenue Management effective October 2016 overseeing 4 areas, i.e Credit & Collections, Payment Channel Services, Revenue Assurance & Fraud and Interconnect Revenue Settlement teams.
